Faith and Good Counsel is all about promoting the living of a virtuous life. Sometimes I am asked, though, “What exactly is a ‘virtue’, and what does living virtuously look like?” What better way to start off the new season than a conversation about just that!
Today, my guest Olivia Gulino (yes, she’s my beautiful youngest daughter, wise beyond her years:), my co-host Erin Franco and I discuss “Virtue” in general, and then we dive into the specific virtue of “Charity” and how we seek to live that virtue out in practical ways in our various vocations and stations of life. Talking about virtue is truly one of my favorite topics! My heart and mind are all about the hearts and minds of my brothers and sisters, and I truly believe that learning to lead a virtuous life is one of the best ways to be joyful and at peace in our journey as human persons amidst the joys and sorrows experienced along the way.
